The Power of Imagination and the Subconscious Mind: Designing Your Future

In the last video, we explored a powerful concept: motion changes emotion. But we also discussed something equally crucial: even if your thought process becomes alert, if there’s nothing truly different in the way you think—whether imaginary or realistic—you won’t be able to think outside the box. Essentially, this means you won’t be able to perform different actions or make different decisions, and when that happens, you’ll find yourself stuck. Before we dive deeper into the video, I want to give a shout-out to my non-paid partner for supporting this video and to Daraksha, a non-profit organization that does incredible work.

One example of impactful work comes from Idarpally, where individuals with hearing disabilities or other physical challenges are receiving vocational training. These individuals are empowered not only with skills but also the confidence to stand on their own feet. If you’d like to help, please check out the number on your screen. And now, back to the video—let’s discuss why it’s so important to change the way we think.

The Role of the Mind in Shaping Your Future

Munnabhai from MBBS used to say, “You have to understand the body.” But what does that mean? In our case, it’s about understanding the mind—specifically, the division between the active mind and the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is like a massive data drive—a vast hard disk. And just like any drive, it needs to be filled with content. But what content should we fill it with? It’s a mix of both realistic and imaginative information. Here’s the key: whatever you imagine, whatever you think about, you are feeding your subconscious. Over time, these images begin to shape your thoughts and actions. This is why big thinking is so important—it literally rewires your brain for success.

Designing Your Future with Your Subconscious Mind

Let’s take a moment to reflect on your own future. Where do you wish to be in the next three years? What kind of life do you want to lead? What relationships, wealth, or health do you want to have? If you asked me this question five years ago, I would have already envisioned my future and set goals accordingly. The same can be true for you.

In the next video, I’ll teach you more about setting goals, but for now, know this: when you consistently feed an image into your subconscious, it stores that as a form of data. This process begins to transform your thinking. For example, let’s say you focus on 30 specific events you want to achieve. Over time, as you successfully reach those goals, your self-confidence will grow. With that confidence comes the self-esteem to pursue even bigger goals. When your self-esteem is high, you automatically begin taking steps toward your goals—because you now believe you can achieve them.

Becoming the Director of Your Imagination

At this point, it’s time to become the director of your own life story. You are not only the director but also the actor—like Aamir Khan in his films. Imagine yourself in the future, picture the life you want, and then act as if it is already happening. This exercise triggers the Law of Attraction—a concept that is very real. The bigger your thinking, the bigger your potential to shape your future. By envisioning your success and creating a mental blueprint, you are effectively designing the future you want.

When you fill your subconscious mind with this type of imagination, it activates the Law of Attraction. This means that the energy you put out into the world is focused on that very future. The more you think about and visualize your success, the more your subconscious mind works to bring it to fruition.

Pre-programming Your Mind for Success

But here’s the catch: You must pre-program your mind for success. Just like society, family, and past experiences have conditioned you to believe certain limitations, you now have the power to break through those barriers. The key is to start feeding your mind with empowering, positive, and imaginary content that pushes you toward success. This is how you begin to recondition your mind and break free from the constraints that have held you back.

A Personal Story of Visualization and Action

Let me share a personal story with you. Back in 2016, I visualized myself in 2022—acknowledged, recognized, and loved as a public figure. I knew that the actions I took today would determine the outcome of that future. So, I decided to take action. I started teaching freelancing, digital marketing, copywriting, communication skills, and blogging. I created playlists and resources to teach others what I had learned. This was my action toward the goal I had envisioned.

And as the Law of Attraction states, what you focus on expands. By putting in the work and focusing on these goals, I began to see results. My self-confidence grew, my esteem rose, and I knew that I was moving closer to my desired outcome. The key here is simple: focus. What you think about, what you pay attention to, becomes your focus—and that focus leads you toward your goal.

Programming Your Subconscious for the Future

Now, the next step is to program your subconscious mind in such a way that it helps you achieve your vision. You must begin filling your mind with the information, thoughts, and images that align with the life you want to lead. In the next video, I will teach you how to fill your subconscious mind with knowledge and imagination in the most effective way.

Remember, there are three key ways through which you can provide information to your mind. Stay tuned for the next video, where we’ll dive deeper into this process!
